Ufuk ŞEN is an aviation industry veteran and the Founder of Fixer Aviation. With a deep background in airline operations and ACMI leasing, he created Fixer Aviation to solve the industry's most persistent inefficiencies. His mission is to bring transparency and direct connectivity to the global fleet marketplace, creating a smarter way for airlines to do business.

Sales & Marketing Director
Deniz Şen is the Sales & Marketing Director of Fixer Aviation and an Econometrist. With a strong background in data analysis and international business development, he leads Fixer’s global sales and marketing strategy. His mission is to connect airlines through data-driven growth and innovative solutions, bringing a fresh perspective to the aviation leasing industry.
